During lunch today, I was showing my mother a video of a standup comedian who was talking about media channels that are so politically inclined instead of being fair. Mr. Modi's name was not taken. However, in the interest of completing the lunch, I had to stop the video. The next half hour was not pleasant.
A politician has become god, practicality has gone outside the window, perspective is lost and focus has shifted.
Absolutely on point commentary, but isn't it better to be informed, debate and be in general aware of the state of governance by the politicians, afterall what they do with the state will impact me, the tax payer. Ofcourse obsession over politics is like dogs chasing cars. But no harm in barking at passing ones, once in a while.. almost therapeutic to vent it out... :)
This was such a refreshing point of view. It lightened (and enlightened) my mind too. :)
